Policies:- Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-Out Time 11:00 a.m.
- Deposit and Cancellation: A security deposit in the amount of $200 (US) is required at time of booking with balance due upon arrival. If notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date, your security deposit will be refunded less $25 processing fee. Entire security deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date. If departure inspection is satisfactory, this deposit, will be refunded in full at time of check out.
- Travelers checks, personal checks, wire transfer or cash will be accepted.
- Visitors are expected to honor our non-smoking policy for this facility.
- In accordance with Hamilton Heritage Homeowners Association bylaws, we do not accept pets.
